Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

I'm not sure how well Pratchett's style could be reflected in a TV show, but that sounds like an idea that is absolutely brimming with potential.

In other happies, I reduced the margins on a thing I have to do for school, which made me go from 36 to 43 pages.

Thanks to the fact that I perceive most of this as bullshit, I have no guilt about this.

There has been several TV mini-series based on different pratchett books that have been very well done.

Lloyd's insures weird things.
I wonder whether they would insure me on Lloyd failing to comply on an insurance policy?
I bet they'd do it, and I'll have Lloyd's insure the bet

There is going to be an Ankh Morpork City Watch television show.
If they dont fuck this up, this could be really fucking amazing.

Well, Rhianna Pratchett's co-writing it, so there's at least some protection right there.

I liked "The Hogfather", I thought that was quite well done. Haven't seen any of the other live action ones.

I did also enjoy the two cartoons of "Wyrd Sisters" and "Soul Music". I think the former is the better of the two mostly because the characters are close to what I had in mind.

I don't even watch the Kantai Collection or whatever the heck that is but I see so many genderswapped Shimakaze I'm starting to be affected.

Also I did not expect Ireland to legalize gay marriage. Turns out sometimes people aren't horrible bigots, huh.

And Pratchett CSI make me imagine Death going around solving murders.

"OH DEAR. THEY ARE GETTING BOULDER."

I wasn't entirely expecting it either, with the sheer amount of anti-gay marriage ads on Youtube.
Seriously, every second goddamn video, there'd be one of those.

At this point, I just assume whenever Owlga or Gunner-Chan post a link, I'm gonna need a drink of scotch or something to deal with it.

Also I did not expect Ireland to legalize gay marriage.

One thing I remember about the gay marriage law was that, due to a grammar error, an earlier draft of the law actually outlawed heterosexuality in the process. They did end up catching it, but I'm amazed it got as far is it did like that.
