How to make Turkish coffee: like instant coffee, only with actual ground coffee that you will end up swallowing while drinking. You don't need the special pot nor sand.

It's crap, IMO. Better than drip or instant, but worse than most anything espresso-based. I only drink it when I can't access an espresso machine or a moka pot.

Making significant progress on my game. You can now fire a shotgun and stab people in an unpleasant manner in Shanking Bitches & Firing Shotguns: The Los Angeles Experience Fniff's Fabulous Super Secret Personal Project. Randomly shooting at nothing is nine times more entertaining when you built that experience yourself.

This. Starship Artemis is so absurdly fun with the right group of folks. I was lucky enough to get to play it at a wealthy friend-of-a-friend's little in-home theater, and set up a Bridge with our computers in front of a big projector for the main screen. I think the demo is free, and the full game isn't that expensive either, and the campaigns can be pretty fun.

I'll suggest it, the current plan involves me reviving our small TF2 server for messing around on. (so we can probably use something else)

While browsing youtube videos for research, I'm pretty happy at the turn [some] ads take. They make moral lessons the foreground, and the advertised product as the background.
...Which somewhat made the product memorable too.

There's a school counselor who's genuinely concerned for what I want in college, and wants to know how I learn and how to help me. She's a wonderful, jolly, helpful person.
She managed to get my parents on her side.
Now my parents had a talk with my coach that I was not allowed to hear. Now he is being more helpful too, the meeting went much more smoothly and with less people angry at me, I got a chance to open up a bit, now my parents seem to be genuinely happy with my ideas for projects and my studying. The coach also realized he burnt me out too quickly, and should switch focus.

Things are looking up!
Also, apparently pissed, shouty parents, if properly convinced and contained, be used as a force of good. Further research must be done on this.
