It went out the window when we went "fuck it!" and started mixing Greek, Latin, and every other god-damn language to make "scientific" words. :P

Yeah, a little part of me dies everytime I hear "pan" appended to an otherwise latin word.

Actual happy: I got books 5 & 6 of the Skulduggery Pleasant series and the second season of Avatar. Many readings/watchings are to be had.
Pan Galactic? :P

Anywho, I got ARMA 2 Operation Arrowhead from a certain really kind Bay12-goer.

We should just stick with everythingthatmovessexual.
But books don't move. So  it doesn't really cover the thing I wanted in the first place.

We should just stick it to everything that moves?

Arguably he's already a progressive, just one in the style of an enlightened Kaiser.
I'm going to do the smart thing here and disengage. This isn't a hill I paticularly care to die on.

Who said it has to move by itself?

Okay, 12 pages. I'm done for the night. Still gotta polish up the conclusion to more than a list of bullet points and magic up an abstract, but we're basically done here. So that's one load off my mind.

The title of its containing folder has never seemed so appropriate.

EDIT: Oh, and citations.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Toady is adding scientists to DF. So many books to collect. So many intellectuals to round up and destroy the learnings of for the purposes of maintaining a monopoly on knowledge.
It's beautiful that he's working on that even when it has no gameplay impact whatsoever. Praise Toady.
I got the weirdest stiffie right now.
That's weird?

Probably no weirder than licking the thirty-seventh president.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

How similar and where at?

Also if I can, I'll try to get pictures of what I'm doing.

Well, I've worked mainly in wiremaking - turning metal coils into fine wire. Dabbled in using milling machines, welding, blacksmithing.
I'm UK.
