Why do I feel obligated to say something suggestive in response.

Why do I feel obligated to say something suggestive in response.
Because you should.
The instinct to make suggestive comments is one ingrained in our psyche, and it is but futile to fight it.

Eclipse now.
I might be ill as fuck but I am still going to sit here with a magnifying glass and a sheet of card to watch this.

Behold, the solar eclipse as i see it! Truly glorious. :v
Well, the Sun *is* completely obscured by a distant object in the sky...

We are doomed. It's just that whatever is going to kill us all just happens to be, from a scientific standpoint, pretty frickin' awesome.

I'm completely outside the area of the eclipse.

Disappointed. Didn't really seem like solar eclipse. :V

Then again, I apparently mixed up few information and thus wrongly expected % of eclipse in my lands would be higher so there's that.

Oh they know. Spiders are not stupid. They've just got disproportionally huge balls.

Had to make a report for a lab exercise. I ended up not doing anything as my lab partner seemed happy to be able to work on it without having to deal with someone else.

Got the highest grade in class. Even passed the oral exam follow-up with no problem because there were to real faults in the report to discuss :P

I'm looking forward to those.  Going to wait for the full season though.  :)

Here in Moscow, it was like 50ish percent. I got the seat near the window in German class, so I could observe it. I am not exactly disappointed, but I expected it to get darker. But that's because illuminance perception is nonlinear or something.

58, from what I read. We had our class in the basement room today, and people forced professor to stop and rushed out to see that eclipse.
I stayed in basement and enjoyed a nap. I plan to live long enough to see nest one in 15 years or so.

Where I live, the clouds went away just enough for just long enough to let us see the eclipse.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.
