I've decided that when I have a child I'm going to have him grow an awesome braid, just so that when he wants to cut it off he can learn a powerful lesson about long-term decisions and consequences.
But, I'll make it a ratstail, to teach him a powerful lesson about why you SHOULD make massive decisions, and not put them off.

My cousin is 5 and he constantly play a videogames or watches tv
He plays with toys too like normal 5 year olds
But do you see normal five year olds cussing or giggling as shooting up other people? I hope to god no

... Yep. We do. They're five year olds, monkey-see monkey-do yada yada. Pretty much everyone here under 25 was that five year old, giggling as the space marine dun blowed up. Depending on parenting, cussing too, because no real voice chat for other people to influence word use in that regard.

And that's kind of a shit thing to do. Hand-eye coordination and a myriad other benefits from growing up with video games. Problem solving skills, logic abilities, etc. Kind of a deprivation.

Not to mention the social barrier when they try to relate to their peers and have never played a single game their would-be friends have? A simple way to connect, gone, for no reason other than parents weirdness.

Uh... the evidence is pretty overwhelming towards non-gamers, sorry Descan.
It's a massive timesink, and pretty darn addictive, the other things aside.
Those two things alone cause a myriad of problems to youngins.
