Cooking is something everybody benefits from learning. Due to circumstances, I've been the one cooking dinner for my family several times these last few days. It was fun and tasty :D

Oh yeah, that's an awful pain. I always slather the pan in oil when I'm frying eggs and sometimes it's still not enough.

Incidentally, what's your preferred type of fried eggs? I prefer them over hard.

That's not your fault but the pan's, then, isn't it? I replaced the ones I inherited after previous tenants with a ceramic one lately, and stickiness is gooooone!

Yes, regarding pans. Screw teflon, go ceramic. I love mine, and you don't have to worry about it deciding to wear down and give you cancer, bonus!

Maybe try a lower temperature then?
