That's how my school does it too
We always did it sideways on the basketball court (as opposed to lengthwise). I think last time I took it I stopped around time number 45. (Not necessarily because I couldn't keep going, but rather because that's what I needed to get an 'A' on it.  I think I probably could have made it to 60 or so, at least the way we were doing it). Long legs FTW! :P

Also got iron ore on that fort finally
I'm probably still going to use copper armor :p

I remember my first time.  Soo excited.

I posted a video about this guy once here before.  Looks like he's even better now.

Watch Lars Anderson deflect arrows shot at him by shooting them with arrows.

I bet archery is a great way to de-stress.  It's something I've never tried.  I need to find some way to do so.

It was the only available material but I can't complain
My only two squads (each only 5 dorfs one of spears and one of xbows) took out the cave troll so I think they are fine for now.
It's only year 2 so I shouldn't need a huge military that's armed

When I make a real military it will be using the iron, right now I'm just making forgotten beast killers (IIRC spears are good at that)
