I can count the things I like about myself on one hand...

Sometimes it's good to count them up, though. That way, if you miss any, you'll have a proper inventory. I'm willing to bet that "proper grammar and spelling" isn't on the list, even though it should be.

Ah, that would explain it.

Reminds me of one of my first lowerboard posts, which was when I responded to a goofy image on the first page of the WTF thread... on page 3000-something.

I just found 2kinds again. I remember reading this when I was like... not even fourteen. Probably eleven or so. Newgrounds and Runescape were big parts of my life then. I do kinda wish I could go back... I miss being innocent on the Internet, when I could type "Star Wars" into Google and have fun for hours just clicking on links and going through the pages.

I remember one time, I had google'd something and was going through the pages when I stumbled on a website that "proved" Nintendo was evil by using Gameshark codes or something to change the colors in various NES games, making it look like the characters were naked. I was pissed. It didn't look like a church site or anything, it was some guy's personal web page.

And there was my favorite Zelda fan site of all time, Legends and Adventure. The memories and feelings I have for that website could probably fill a decent-sized book. I miss that website so much. I wrote sooo much fic for that site. I wish I could recover it, but Wayback Machine didn't have it last time I checked.

IDK about innocent, I think after I found Newgrounds I became a lot more vulgar in my words.

I mostly watched the super-violent cartoons like Madness and Bunny Kill. I practically grew up watching stuff like Terminator 2 and Robocop so it was no biggie.

I'm clicking through Wayback Machine and I found the descriptions of the two fics that actually got uploaded, but the link to read them leads to a page that never loads.

I think the descriptions were written by the owner of the website herself. If she read every fic that was submitted as she was uploading them, that certainly explains why it was two years before I saw mine actually appear on the website.

The Quest

Link thought that Majora's Mask had been destroyed many years ago during his adventures in Termina, and so he is shocked when the mask appears to him in the Lost Woods. Using the element of surprise as an advantage, the mask attacks Link. Link soon learns that it is not Majora's Mask he needs to worry about, but Ganon. He must now find a way to rally enough forces to launch an attack on Ganon's lair and defeat him once and for all.

The Revenge of Link

Having finally obtained everything he could have wanted to adventure, Link suffers a devastating personal loss. How will Hyrule's Hero react when confronted with the death of someone dear?

"The Quest" and "The Revenge of Link". Those two asstastic titles bring back so many memories. I would sit down, bang out a page or two, and email it off.

I'm a little teary eyed guys.
