That thing needs a self-cleaning mincer drawer, so it can do the chopping itself. Door latch that physically won't allow it to begin the mincing process unless the door is closed and locked (engaging the lock completes the circuit on the mincer and disengages a safety mechanism on the blades that immobilises them when open, so it literally can't function until locked), so kids can't stick their arm in there.
