Bought Empire: Total War a few days ago, and I've been playing the HELL out of it. So far, I've stomped on Saxony, Poland-Lithuania, and a few other minor nations whilst playing as Prussia, and the great feeling that is VICTORY is flooding through my veins. This is the best game I have EVER played, by far! 

Oh, and it's also kinda rekindled my interest in drawing things... maybe I'll draw something with Prussia in it.

When I have kids I will force them to play games if I have to.
They are great for brain development in my opinion, as long as they are stimulating games that make you think.
My children will most definatly be playing portal 1&2.
They will also play DF if only for the purpose of teaching them to appreciate a game for more than it's graphics

Forcing kids to do anything is just the quick road to them disliking whatever is being forced on them. Encourage, don't force.
