I don't consider this a bad thing, with how silly DD can be. And the notes missing are often crucial to figuring out how the original artist intended it to be fingered, which makes it less frustrating to learn.

EDIT: My new headset is pretty good. Fits over my ears much nicer than my old ones at least, so the lack of severe discomfort/borderline pain is already a big plus.
