Well, I'm not too big on crowds normally, but when it's a crowd of like-minded people all gathered to listen to the  same loud/angry music as myself, it's a lot nicer. I make most of my friends at shows.

Went to an airsoft game today. We played on either a small mountain or a big hill, covered in rocky cliffs and thick forest. There were 3 guys defending the top, and the other 8 of us attacking. Most of my team was eliminated, but I somehow managed to climb the mountain with a huge shield strapped to my arm. Then I took the peak with one other teammate and won the game.

I never understood the point of concerts.

Why spend way too much money on tickets to get jammed in with a ton of other people half of whom are probably smoking pot and most of whom are screaming, listening to the exact same songs you could hear in your living room, except (assuming you have a halfway decent sound system) they sound worse.

It makes no sense to me at all.

So you can see bands perform music live. Live music can be very much different from recordings, both in terms of sound quality, band performance, and listening experience.

The absolute worst is amateur concert recordings.
