I got a job offer! It'll double my income for the next 18 months, more than solving my money issues, at the cost of potentially driving me to utter madness since it also means I'll be working 20 hours a week (as opposed to my current average of something like 2 >__________>), on top of the workload I've created by registering for as many classes as they'll let me take, and trying to audit two more.

Also, Halloween has passed, which means stores have transitioned to Christmas stuff for some reason. Normally I'd pretend that it affects me in any meaningful way and get all indignant, but it means that certain cakes of German origin are now in stock. This, in turn, means that it's French Toast season.

My life is going way too well so far. I'm just waiting to find out I have some sort of horrific, terminal disease or something to balance it all out.
