That's odd. Now it's gone for me too. It was a thing announcing a partnership with Humble Bundle to let you play demos of indie games in your browser before deciding to buy. The Google doodle allowed you to play a demo of Voxeltron.

But seriously, for all that duckduckgo is great (for porn), google is so much easier (for porn) even if you know that they're tracking every search you make (for porn) and selling the data to companies that want to hit you with ads (for porn) and the auto-fill will make things super awkward when someone else borrows your computer to search (for porn). :V

Iunno why but firing my first missile felt SO GOOD.  Even getting exploded a few seconds later because I have no clue how to use countermeasures was hilarious to me.

DCS world is so amusing.  I really want a clickable cockpit in all the planes though, since it's so fun just flipping switches and seeing how long it takes for me to crash.

Crickets live for about a month in the adult phase. I think there may have been multiple crickets involved here, unless there is a very long-lived species of cricket I'm unaware of, or your summer was really short. If the latter, I feel for you.
