You can alwasy craft a bowl of cereal. Should be like making Rice Krispies Treats, except use bowls as your mold (same shape, and different volumes for the right form). I won't guarantee that it'll hold liquid, unless you use melted chocolate as a sealant, and freeze it sealed together. It would work better for ice cream, though.

For a chocolate or fruity bowl, might I suggest Cocoa or Fruity Pebbles. You can also combine cereals (Froot Loops and Fruity Pebbles) to structure the bowls; make them a bit more rigid. I don't know what's better, regular or type-II.

For a slightly healthier variant, you can use oatmeal or farina as your bowl material, though I'd be wary of it's structural integrity. Funny enough, I remember seeing something ike this since elementary school in a textbook. It seemed like a nifty idea. Edible dishes.

Where did you get the idea that the mice = God? I'm curious, because that wasn't the impression I got at all. And I was something like 10 when I first read the book.

The Mice did not create the Earth. They paid someone else to create the Earth, which was a giant computer/artificial planet designed to calculate the Question to the Answer of Life, the Universe, and Everything (the Answer was 42, but they did not know the Question).

Besides, if I remember correctly Marvin states that he can see the Question, but everyone gets distracted by something and it never comes up again.
