Populous. (there's a reason it's called the first "god" game)

EDIT: And I suppose Afterlife tried to do something like that, but it was really more of a "Heaven and Hell Tycoon" sort of game. Though IIRC, you could affect the flow of souls into Heaven and/or Hell by tweaking things on Earth. Each critter had its own religious code (less about what to do/not do and more about what kind of afterlife they expect), and you could influence a particular religious code to become dominant.

Of course, the game was also hilariously broken from the get go, so I never played it much.

Yeah, remember kids- bug out bags may seem like they'd be great for zombie apocalypse, global EMP or social collapse- but just in case, probably pack earthquake and hurricane preparedness stuff.

Do you forget Halloween is in October? Perfect time to pull off zombie invasion drills while having fun doing it. It makes complete sense to me.

As long as said invasion procedures don't involve shooting peoples heads off because, you know, zombies.

I kinda want some of these, and I'm not even an energy drink kind of person.

Shame they're so freaking expensive...
Team up with two friends to get the mixed pack so you can each have 2 health and 2 mana potions. Then once you've drank out of it each the bottle out and refill it with water mixed with a little red or blue food coloring for use as a water bottle. For bonus points craft yourself a belt or backpack attachment that can hold them easily while you walk around.
I might end up doing this.

As it turns out, on October 25th, there's gonna be a Zombie Preparedness day celebration in Topeka. There will be various educational things, such as how to make disaster kits. There will also be a "zombie walk", which is apparently where everyone gets together, paints their faces, and forms a shambling horde. I'm getting mental images of some basement-dwelling retard who missed the news coming outside, seeing a zombie horde, and going back inside to get his pistol.

Antacids are a marvelous thing when your diet is rich in hot sauce, caffeine, and ibuprofen.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I just composed a signature which, if I do say so myself, is practically pedant-baiting raised to an art form. But I could literally care less if nobody looks at it.

It's updated several times. But there has been a five-month lull. :P

Or lemon.

Speaking of which I still have a bucket of stracciatella yoghurt. I should eat that eventually.
