My case has arrived.

Bigger than I expected, and to my own surprise, the thing is really impressing me, despite me not knowing a huge amount about computers.

I can only assume that it seems even better to someone who knows more.

Loadsa fans, sound-dampening foam, dust filters(!!!), the things you stick the wires into to keep them out the way, a fan voltage switch...

My current computer is so loud I need to keep my bedroom door closed at night else nobody can sleep, and this one is shaping up to be the opposite. Given the reviews I've seen, doubly so.

I recently bought their Black Pearl R4. Very quiet indeed. Look out for the fan controller on the front if yours has one; switching it while the PC is on can cause a hard reset, possibly depending on your PSU.

Someday, I want to get a small motherboard and components and build a computer inside a toaster chassis. The on/off switch could be the toaster's lever thingy, and I'm sure a use could be found for the other stuff on the toaster.

Then I would truly be able to talk about running stuff on my toaster.
