I have two butcher shops in my small town. One of them has the best slogan ever. "Meat so fresh you'll wanna slap it!"

In NZ we have The Mad Butcher. Their jingle goes along the lines of "you just can't beat the Mad Butcher's meat"

We have... a grocery store chain that butchers its own meat, but it's all standardized and distributed in a way that makes no difference. You get better quality for the price you'd pay at another grocery store, but you can't interact with the system, to my knowledge. We also have the University meat lab, which does sales, but they recently stopped selling organ meat (probably because of low demand). It's the Midwest, so you can still find stuff like hearts and tongues in grocery stores, but they're overpriced, unreliably available, and presumably sourced from the same industrial farms the rest of the meat comes from. Which is mattering to me more these days, when it comes to meat.

Second time. First time had the wonderful experience of living in a dorm, but now we've all gone our separate ways, living in separate, disparate apartments
