Afterwhich at a Shareholders meeting, the CEO stood up and said 'We've had a good year'.
He has now been fired stepped down and is in the process of being replaced.

Clearly an interpretation which betrays your stereotypes against bears as creatures of violence. Those are obviously bear monks as evidenced by their garb draping down beneath them, as well as the second pair of bear monks sitting in the background.
