I have just finished submitting the maintenance request to end all maintenance requests - basically shit that's never bothered anybody living here, but might bother new tenants and would most likely be charged out of the deposit if I just leave it as a surprise. Since the worst case is that this involves replacing entire windows (they've managed to fog in between the panes of glass, suggesting they've lost their inert atmosphere and are now much shittier at energy savings), that would be substantial.

So that's done with.
