I live in a country with a French law tradition. We don't have juries except for capital crime, so almost no one gets to do it.

Once upon a time my dad bought another apartment block to expand his hotel business and one of the rooms looked like this. He didn't really know what to do with all the comic books so he ended up giving them to a local library. Most of the comics turned out to be hentai. My dad still avoids the street on which the library stands.

that room's worth anywhere between 1.2 to 8k, it's fairly entry level honestly

besides this entire thing was a giant foray into the world of capitalism and real estate and now i suppose i'll be building something on top of the basement since land came with it and to be honest the land is worth more than the basement but i paid for only the basement and this is a giant plus and something that has a 50/50 chance to cause a lawsuit since i effectively cheated someone out of their property but this is what people get for not reading what they're signing

and why are you implying i don't already possess a thing that looks like that but is entirely different because my tastes aren't horrible (they are even worse than terrible which is why i'm on this board obviously, but i can't be bothered to look for a word that covers that scenario right now)
