I do kind of like some of the themes that come up in The Walking Dead - same as The Last of Us.

Stupid and overrated right? That's all I get from either of those. .V

To be more serious though, hmm... No I don't see it. The "Humans turn on eachother" angle is done so badly in both of those that it stops being the theme.

Romeros two modern movies suck pretty much as bad as TWD and Last of us, but he at least got it right with the original three.

Wizardry is a party-based RPG. Think of it as D&D, but on steroids. Of course, the last Wizardry game I played was 5, and he's playing 8.

The last of us I actually kind of liked. Though I will agree it was overrated. The writing could be kind of hammy, it felt like it was just trying too hard to make me feel things sometimes, but overall I felt it was pretty good, even if the ending felt very contrived to me.

Plus I constantly found myself wondering how many god damn banditos there are out there, you seriously seem to encounter hundreds of them over the course of the game, and I find it unlikely you'd be able to keep that many people fed and armed the way they are (speaking of armed, how do they even have bullets anymore after the way they fire them off like crazy?).

Wizardry 8 plays almost completely differently from the prior 7, the roll system is completely different, the fight sequences are a lot different (mostly due to the fact that the game is actually 3D now) and a few other changes.
