It's hard to represent the dynamics of the lyrics in writing.

The best, in my opinion, are "Since I Left You", "Flight Tonight/Close to You/Diners Only/A Different Feeling/Electricity" (What? Some of them are really short but good, and they run together), "Etoh", "Live at Dominoes", and "Extra Kings". What? I'm indecisive.

Cynicism does not, in my opinion, equate to the absence of naivete, which invariably stems from false advertising.

Unrelated to adverts, but I very often find people's "cynicism" to be a kind of naivete. You know, especially when espoused by young, pseudo-spoiled people trying to sound worldly and experienced, yet haven't actually experienced particularly much at all, and often nothing to do with the topic they're cynicising over. It's the expectation that things are bad, not because of experience or knowledge, but because you want to project a blasé image. Cynaivism?

Oh yes, I've encountered this as well. People who are both cynical and hilariously wrong due to that.

A lot of russians, myself included, do that all the freaking time when discussing politics or law enfirocement. It's mostly a wierd, unfunny humor thing, like the one brits have.

MISERY 2.1 has finally downloaded, after about a week of trying. Now to finish my current playthough of Call of Pripyat, so I at least know what the ending looks like before I install MISERY and have my soul crushed.

Also, it's not really that much harder on default settings. Just... Actually somewhat difficult compared to standard CoP. You know like a game should be.

Yeah. I saved enough to get an Exoskeleton and it just makes everything so much easier. Yanno, aside from the no sprinting thing. Although, now having to get the SEVA suit to get through the tunnel suuuucks. Dammit, it was the God Suit in SoC, now it's been reduced to really only being useful for massive amounts of Psy protection.
