Hormones have a very funny way of interacting with human thought processes, so funny, in fact, that we are still trying to figure them out. Rest assured, there is no guarantee that having testosterone makes you a bad person. But as we scientists like to say, the possibility is greater. Vice versa, I know some very scrawny and cowardly people who are complete passive-aggressive assholes.


It's all a part of the nature vs. nurture debate, really.

But what I wanted is to say that testosterone can, if not always does, influence male behavior, like most hormones do. And not always in a bad way, either.

But yes. Nothing (well, including most medical diseases) is fully clinical in nature. Part of it is psychological--this stems to actions, reactions and how the body works in response to deviances that make it 'sick'.

So yesh.

Likewise, I know my share of rather scrawny/"effeminate" men, and, of course, women, who are jerkasses of the highest caliber.

I seriously think we should stop judging by body...build and judge more on the character of the person. Seriously? If we judged by body build then we'd be living in a stereotypical world.

And really. Even some of those 'jerkasses' aren't really jerkasses--just, well, not jerkasses in their character (more likely a response to being hurt before that they're defensive or do stuffs that..well, cope.).

I used a drill press for the first time today and managed to get all of the holes within ~1 mm of the markings. I'm very proud.

This is pretty true, most people who don't know her think Janet is pretty damn scary. And while I helped with the joke earlier, she's really not scary or mean for the most part.

She does still look like a 6'1" zombie girl though.

Higher possibilities, 'sadly', have no foundation in that context there.
It is in the person's choice if they wish to act as such--or in lieu of being a jerk, in what they were influenced by and know only how to act in [any] given situation.
