His life expectancy is, at maximum, zero.
Since nobody else is giving this absolute GOLD any love let me just say that was brilliant, willsauce.

I didn't want to be the only one to say it. Yes, gold star.

Happy: I'm having a hellaciously good run on KSP.

I think this is a happy.

Or touching, or something.

Bleh. I'm bad with emotional words.

Sounds like a lovely get-together!
What are you going to serve your scaly guests? And, for that matter, how are you going to accommodate them at your dining table? Is your house fully submerged underwater, or do they get around on dry land in closed fishbowls set atop little robotic bodies, that they control the movements of from a small waterproof control panel?
Either way I hope you all have a pleasant evening.

May I never be in the right again~

Seriously though you fish lovers want other people to dislike fish. That means there's more fish for you. Over in the corner, so the smell will be far away from the rest of us >_>

I think meaty fish like Mahi Mahi is good, but I don't like crappy flimsy fish flesh that collapses when you touch it. Also anytime I eat seafood, which is rare, I imagine all the mercury in it D:

the more time I can spend enjoying what little life I have left.
Ehh, unless I am missing some health thing about you, its entirely possible that you will live to the point where immortality is common.

Now, its entirely possible for a number of reasons that it won't happen like that (eg. the rich keep it to themselves, the tech is banned due to population reasons, it takes far longer to develop then expected, xantlos and friends come to earth), but I wouldn't be surprised if you are going to still be around in a thousand years.

Personally, the main thing I am looking forwards too in the future is mental enhancements. Screw having to memorize a thousand little things that will be forgotten at the end of the semester, the students of tomorrow will just download them into their brain, and remember those facts for the rest of their life just by hearing them once.
Neural tube defects (Pars defect, spina bifida occulta, etc,) combined with lots of damage (read: concussions, joint damage) from mixed martial arts, combined with a terrible family history for health (pretty severe poverty for my entire life up until recently, family history of diabetes, heart disease, Parkinson's, various cancers, Alzheimer's,) combined with the beginnings of age onset, (I'll be on the wrong side of 30 this year, which is when your average athlete sees a sharp decline in physical skills,) means that when I start to fall apart, it will happen with the utmost haste and no mercy. If I make it to 70, my mind won't be in any shape to be salvageable, and my body will probably be totally destroyed.

It's still very much up in the air, but as time goes on I'm more and more in the "missed it by 10-20 years" camp.

But one hopeful thing to keep in mind is that these longevity predictions are partly based on the assumption that all the types of problems you listed above will be fixed or drastically alleviated within the next couple decades, buying us more time during which medical technology will be free to focus a lot more on figuring out how to address aging itself and extreme outlier health problems.
