It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

With Steam's recent family shared system thing, I came to learn that one or few games in my (old account's) collection are no longer sold, but I can still install and play them. I feel special. Add to it, Outrun 2006: Coast to Coast is actually pretty fun; too bad it's no longer sold. Classic Testarossa (throughout the series, including the Sega Master System, which I grew up with) is just fun to drive.

Man, this must be what it's like to be a morning person. It's only 2 PM, and I've showered, cooked a week's worth of egg-and-vegetable curry, cleaned the kitchen, tidied my room, had a code-related epiphany, and begun the laundry. And I still had time for an episode of Space Dandy before I did all that.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Quote from: Wikipedia
After appearing in The Adventures of Ford Fairlane (1990) and starring in Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time (1991), Wührer had a difficult time obtaining the serious movie roles she studied for, allegedly due to her breast implants. She would eventually star in over a dozen straight-to-video sexploitation films, most notably Sex and the Other Man (1996), Kate's Addiction (1999), Poison (2001) and Spider's Web (2002). In between, she co-starred in a highly regarded but sexually charged Canadian art film entitled Vivid (1997) (also released as Luscious).

Wührer is also known by gamers for her role as Tanya in Westwood Studios' RTS video game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 and its subsequent expansion pack, Yuri's Revenge.[3]

edit:
Actually, it really sucks she couldn't get any serious roles if it was really because...of her breast implants?? What kind of shitty excuse is that, stupid filmmakers!  :(

Not a very surprising one, back in the 90s. Especially the earlier 90s, iirc. Think there's still somewhat of a stigma, if reduced. And if there's stigma, of course filmmakers are going to be leery (... ha?). It could mean a hit to their profits.

Strange that it is surprising to you. Scoped crossbows are hardly a new thing.
