That is a happy, and the pain is such that I can relate to it. Hopefully we can both get fixed soon, broseph.
I certainly hope so. Today made it so that I now have two doctors that don't know what's wrong with my back. I was ordered enough X-Rays last week that the Radiologist even made a comment that that was a lot of X-Rays they wanted.
I certainly hope we can both get it sorted out. *Raises glass to MZ*
Take Vicodin all day, become an asshole doctor.
No no, you need to have a bad leg before you can do that.
Also a distant father you wanted to make proud.

*Raises a mug of tea*

You will be missed, Vector. Truly, you were too good for this world.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

A song I love from a band I love performed in front of (by?) a crowd that loves them too

Is it weird that I just... felt, it would be this song? I love that song so very much.

This is why I... obtained... as many live recordings of Blind Guardian as I could to accompany their albums. I swear, Hansi has to be one of the most satisfied artists in the world. That's got to be an absolutely spectacular feeling.

If you want something similar, watch to the end of this performance of Valhalla.

came across corn flour in an ~imported foods store~ (holy shit these exist)

something two euro for 200 grams. bullshit

* LordSlowpoke fondly regards 30 kilo bag of corn flour sitting in the pantry and being made of corn also flour

...it was totally not worth the effort to get it btw

it's just hella cheap

also the imported foods shoppe had nothing of possible interest, other than instant ramen from korea (rorshto) rice cookers and sriracha

I made eggrolls last night. Probably should seasoned 'em a bit more, but they were good. Tweaking a recipe to one's one preferences via trial and error is fun. e-e

That guy has so mastered the weathered-but-powerful sounding voice.  Only other singer I know who could possibly match him was Marilyn Manson, who has unfortunately lost it.

I expect like strawberries and cream. So, delicious. These creepy cannibals have good taste. I must grant them that, if nothing else.

Half of it, yes. The rest is a poke at Metal Gear Solid.
