...You'd think the bright-coloured hair and anime expressions would be enough of a giveaway. :P
That was kind of the joke. c:

I discovered a cool guitar trick that doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere. It results in a pretty subtle effect, but adds a very interesting flute-like sound.
Electric or acoustic? How is this done? I must know.

Electric, it would work on acoustic but it would be hard to hear. The principle is the same as in pinch harmonics, essentially. You grab a pick so that your thumb brushes against the strings as you pick, but the other side of the pick picks normally, then sweep up and down as you play (works best for double stops, came up with it for fifths).

As you pick, move your picking hand towards and away from the bridge - on my guitar it worked well between the pickup nearest to the fretboard and the next one. You get the double stop with a harmonic ringing out, and the harmonic sounds different depending on where the picking hand is, so you can add a subtle background melody out of those without changing the chord itself.

It's most pronounced with the highest pickups, high treble and gain, but you should be able to get the sound without it.
I never did figure this out. Make a video! :P

Holy crap, why did I not start watching One Punch Man earlier? This is the best thing.
probably figured an autobiography wouldn't be interesting

Yesterday it made me smile when I started playing La-MulanaSpleunky, and in the options you could choose the Damsel to be a Girl, a guy(in a dress), or a Pug, or a random selection of all three.   :D

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Only by implying paedo-bestiality. Which I don't really want to do.

Wait no I could do violent threats either.
I didn't prepare for being nice okay.

Yesterday it made me smile when I started playing La-Mulana, and in the options you could choose the Damsel to be a Girl, a guy(in a dress), or a Pug, or a random selection of all three.   :D
Ahh, La-Mulana. Tell me how that works out for you; the game will get, difficult. When you find a thing that basically tells you "Do not read this again", they are not kidding, do not read it.
Asking a girl to a school dance tomorrow.
Never done this before.
Freaking out.
Success.

Phase one of mission complete. Good work, ground team.   :D

Now, how are your dancin' skills? You had better not end up just sitting awkwardly around on the edge of the dancefloor, boyo. I want to see some grooving.
Something about the way you phrased that convinced me never to go to a dance with a girl for as long as I can excuse it.

Yeah, he's a banned spammer. Normally we'd delete this thread too, but people were having too much fun with it by the time we got here.

Blarg, I can't believe I said La-Mulana.  I meant Spleunky.  (Long work day, brain dead...)

I was 99% sure they actually said "No Russian" to make it look like the attack was perpetrated by the US?
