Jam with bits is best jam. If I wanted jelly, I would buy that. I don't even like toast, but jam makes it super delicious. I'd just never tried marmalade, in particular, before. >______>

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

We mostly have preserves, which are, like, 70% bits.

Daughter is singing in her room. Generally, she sings crap her mother likes, mostly mainstream junk-pop and other top 40 crap (song of choice over the past couple of weeks is "Roar" by Katy Perry.) Today, she is singing "Breaking the Law," by Judas Priest, even though she hasn't heard it in a month. I consider this a victory.

I'd call that a victory too. Judas Priest is a nice step up from Katy Perry.

Everything that was mentioned is awesome music. Even Katy Perry is kinda ok, although there's remixes of her songs that are waaay better than the original material.

That is one helluva victory. :D
If I had a child for some reason, I would definitely not want it singing Katy Perry. Clearly this makes you and Awesome ParentTM.

Also: Happy birthday, Naxza!
