I got 10 while wearing a Kevlar vest, steel helmet, and combat boots.

Clap push ups are actually pretty easy, double claps are hard, triple claps are freaking impossible.
Try elevating your feet onto a chair, with hands on the ground, and doing a set like that.  :P
Pop/clap pushups are, surprisingly, a lot easier than they look. Elevated pushups, with your feet up, though, are an entirely different beast. I can only get through about 40 before I want to pass out.

I would try it, but I don't own any of those things. :P

Over here, we did handstands, then start doing pushups.

Regular clapping pushups? Pshaw. Clap your hands behind your back, then we can talk.

If i put more effort into it i could probably get 15-20 which is pretty good i think, since The vest's about 20 pounds and I'm not very strong, the helmet and boots are really just to complete the outfit. Sadly at the moment I'm sick and my head gets pissed off if i try to do anymore.

Try clap pushups with leg weights strapped to your arms.  :P

I actually don't have that much trouble with elevated, because I have such a narrow upper body it doesn't weigh anything... Any exercise that involves lifting your own weight I'm great at, but lifting other things will end me.

Yea, there are pros and cons to having higher/lower weight. For example, you want to be as light as possible riding your bike up a hill, but the heavy guy has a fun ride down.  :P
As long as you can get over a security fence, you are doing alright.

There must be something wrong with my joints because although I can only do 15 push ups before I start to get knackered I don't find incline push ups much more difficult.  ???

Lyre birds are really amazing creatures, there are few sounds they can't mimic, and they learn new sounds very quickly.
Some people don't like them because once they learn an annoying sound they never stop, but I think they are great.

The only way to make then stop using an annoying sound, is to learn them yet another sound.
Which may or may not be even more annoying than the previous sound..

askscience.svg, a totally nifty but as of now useless graph I made! People are connected by replying to each other over different threads.

AskScience is like this, but more public subreddits like AskReddit are just a cloud of no real connection at all.

Sometimes I feel sad that I can never cry manly tears and then I realize I can do whatever the fuck I want because fuck your gender roles.
