Pretty much. They're colored interlocking bricks that you use to make sidewalks and stuff.

If you really want to make dragons, the field to be in is something related to xenobiology and genetic manipulaton. Of course, you'll need to sign up for an obscure colonial expedition...

Anyone who gets that reference is a swell person.
