I have come to the decision that there is no better feeling than that one you get in your chest when you can't stop thinking of that one person.
I never thought I would post something sappy like this in my life.

EDIT: Aaaand it seems to be dead... damnit why do all the good things go dead...

:D Awesome. Arcade was pretty cool. "Yeah, I'm just a doctor... now hand me that plasma rifle, that mutant needs some Wasteland Surgery."

What's wrong with using magma? That's almost always the easiest method.
I have issues channeling it properly to do that method. I end up flooding the fortress with magma.

S'been a good day in general, despite how cold the morning was (seriously, I was lying in bed wrapped up in blankets and I could still see my breath). Got a couple of easy assignments that still racked up a good number of miles, had time to take a shower, and I still got done early enough to grab my computer and relax. And now I'm eating frozen yogurt! With cookie dough! And there's supposedly a storm blowing in tonight! Goooooood day.

So I picked up starbound. Can that be all I say? I feel like that's enough.

...They found To Kill a Mockingbird hard to follow? ???
I found it hard to follow because nothing of note happened. There's nothing to remember.
Wasn't hard to follow, but it was hard to read. It was boring as fuck. Also, I got kicked out of a class because I refused to read it aloud.

Is it yet another video of SgtMkIV doing something in Doom that really shouldn't be possible for a 20 year old game engine?

Yes, yes it is.

I liked To Kill a Mockingbird... :(

But anyway, drinking on an empty stomach is fun!

It wasn't bad, just really overrated as far as entertainment value is concerned.

I've just proven, I believe, that our dwarves aren't really that different, after all. Even Tolkien's were doing crazy, impossible construction projects. Moria is evidently about 2 orders of magnitude wider on the inside than the outside.

Or, some poor mapmaker decades later made a typo or forgot how big a league is. I find that harder to believe, though.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Did anyone ever think our dwarves are different? They're exactly like every other dwarf ever.

Hell, our elves aren't even that different. Read up a bit on the Bosmer in Elder Scrolls.
