A new Salad Fingers episode is out! (Warning: if you are young or something and don't know what Salad Fingers is, the episodes tend to be somewhat creepy (though humorous) and a bit gruesome.)

We have a queen? What? Pretty sure this guy is trolling. Funny though.
It's obviously fake. That or he's really stupid and entered a street show by accident.

._. am i doing some sort of hilariously meta joke-missing right now, because that was a joke

Kicked ass at work today. Blew away all of the established salespeople, and was selling things outside the department. Hell, I added a printer to a GPS mount. I was en fuego today.

My school put on The Princess Bride as the fall play. It was pretty great.

My brother, true to form, thought it sucked, made insinuations about the sexual orientation of those on stage, and claimed that he had always hated the movie, too. Funny, because when he actually saw the movie he thought it was hilarious. Real-life retcon.

The animation is gorgeous the soundtrack is fantastic the world building is great the returning character cameos are a nice touch and oh man why do I love this show so much gaaaah. I got chills, I squeed a couple times, I laughed, I cried, it moved me Bob.

Shameless fangirling ends here. Back to dwarfs or baytwelves or whatever's the fandom craze here.

My brother watched it while I was in the room. It's okay. I enjoyed. Reminds me of... a lot of things, really.

Found an actual, bearable, Aurora LP, so hopefully I'll be able to learn at a much faster rate then just how often I get on as now I'll be able to watch it as part of my daily LP intake :P
Link? (not to be confused with the new zelda's link, which is awesome.)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Are you sure this doesn't go in the WTF thread?
Now that I think about it it could easily go there.  But my initial reaction was to laugh, and then go WTF, instead of going WTF and then laughing, so I put it here.

Our local white snowy owl played a song for me last night. It's light, deep tones were the only sound I could hear as I drifted between sleep and consciousness.

I wake up and see the owl perched on the pipe a bit to the left outside my bedroom window.

I stared at it.

It stared back.

I smiled and slowly crept away to tell my whole family.

I just beat my very first sub-boss in La-Mulana :D  Surprising how proud of myself I feel!  It was just hard enough to feel like a challenge, and just easy enough to say "well, that was obvious" afterwards :3

C++ programming again.

I forgot how much I like this language. Python be damned, this stuff is clean. Moving from using Lua for a long time to C++ is very nice, especially with Lua's various weird stuff (1-indexed tables? The only number type being "number"?)

The fact that almost everyone in my hometown is related and I've never lived in it for more than half a year until now causes some interesting situations...
How many people live in said hometown?

If there are 10 people in a town and they're related, that's no biggie. If it's got a population of 500, that's a cause for concern. And extra digits.
