A couple of food things today, actually.

I have discovered I have a favorite cookie; I cannot resist their siren song.

On the morning bus, one of my friends had a small box of doughnuts she brought "for her friends". I got one.

I was offered some kind of peach cookie in one of my classes by this one girl I'm sorta friends with. I don't like peach, but it was sweet of her to offer.

On the bus home, the friend who had the doughnuts and I started talking about Thanksgiving and our mom's cooking. She was surprised to hear my mom doesn't really fix breakfast, dinner, or lunch for me; she said one day she'd have to bring in chicken from Bojangles for me to eat in class.


So... yeah. Food and friends. Good stuff.
