Impossibru under the current system. They've got this shit planned down to the minute, with some leeway for higher-than-average speed limits. Most of my deliveries have actually been slightly late, and only a few have been even an hour early.

I have to take the bus everywhere and I usually get 1-3 StreetPass tags per trip. I can usually guarantee I'll get 2-4 tags every day when I go to class, and there's one guy I keep getting every day on my way home. Sometimes I even get random StreetPass tags while I'm chilling at home. I don't know if it's just where I live or what but it's never hard for me to get tags.

I've gone two months without a single tag before. There's an achievement you get for going "A really long time" without getting a tag. I have it.

Well, assuming you're past high school, the fact that you are able to use a bus for regular transportation indicates that you live in or near some sort of metropolitan area which A) tend to have more people in them than rural areas and B) tend to have more of the sort of people who would buy something like a 3ds.
