I've a log of meatbread in the oven. Smells amazing. I ran out of flour partway through kneading in the meat, so I substituted parmesan cheese. Works for alfredo sauce, so what could go wrong.

EDIT: When I woke up this morning, I didn't think I'd be degreasing bread at 2 AM. I didn't even think that was a thing that could possibly need doing, and yet, here we are.

I'm home because after two solid months (plus change) of working I finally earned some time off. I haven't seen anyone I know since July 4th at the latest.

So now I get a solid week off

Because it's actually a really good feeling.  Especially if you force yourself to move around a bunch and limber up your muscles, so the pain of the aching mostly goes away and leaves only that satisfying feeling behind.
