Secondly, no. No one wants to be punched in the gut when they get shot in a video game, nor do they want to smell the gore-streaked trenches of WW1 or taste the air in the sewer level.

Actually, that would be pretty awesome, especially if it was a light punch.

Would be better if it felt like the sort of impact you'd actually get from a bullet. Which is to say, not necessarily much.

So, an old class of mine was having a reunion and decided to all drop in on me about an hour ago with thir stories of thier last 5 yeas in the real world. Amongst them there is a nightclub owner, a ballerina, a pilot, a model and a singapore based stock trader. What an interesting and diverse bunch of people they are - I would never have thought it when I was teaching them Gravitational Physics back in the day.

van Canto is epic.  One of my favorite metal bands.  They get better with every album, too.  Such a rich and passionate sound.

That's off their first album, which wasn't very good.  Try Fear of the Dark, Lost Forever, Rebellion, Master of Puppets, Hearted, Primo Victoria, If I Die in Battle, or A Storm to Come.  Some of my favorites.
