10, at least. I'd wager 17, though.

EDIT: And I turned down both roommates. I do kind of feel bad about it, largely because I hate saying no to people, but I don't think it was going to work and I can certainly pay the rent single-handedly for a month or two. Long enough to find somebody I'd feel a bit more comfortable living with.
