Your drunk posts continue to baffle me.

Haha:

Quote
Lieutenant-General Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart[1] VC, KBE, CB, CMG, DSO (5 May 1880 – 5 June 1963), was a British Army officer of Belgian and Irish descent. He served in the Boer War, First World War, and Second World War, was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip, and ear, survived a plane crash, tunneled out of a POW camp, and bit off his own fingers when a doctor refused to amputate them. He later said, "Frankly I had enjoyed the war... ...and why do people want peace if the war is so much fun?"

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

Pacific Rim didn't suck.
Just because Transformers went in bad direction doesn't mean all the big giant mech movies are bad.

Does that count as smart for a dog now?
Snakes can open doors, so the dogs really need to step up their game.

Went to the Magic prerelease, lost every match. I am okay with that, even if I'm kicking myself for the (many) stupid mistakes that almost certainly cost me entire games. It was still fun, because every game but one was very close enough that I felt like I had a chance. The suspense was there! I even won one game, even if I ultimately lost to that player in the other two games in the match. Also, Lightning Talons has earned the appellation "Traitorous Swine", which is fairly impressive for something that isn't even a creature.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
I wish I could've gone, but by the time I was off work the prerelease had already started. Same deal tonight, and tomorrow I can't go either. Meh, prerelease isn't that important anyway. Maybe I'll go to the Theros prerelease in September.

This is Hollywood we're talking about man. I halfway expected it to have a really awkward shoe-horned in romance subplot and end with us learning to coexist with the giant monsters

hence, why i posted that in the happy thread. I hope we get more good movies about giant robots beating up aliens or other giant robots
