Took the dogs for a walk up in the desert, found a piece of volcanic glass. Heard some coyotes too, which prompted me to lead the dogs home. They were probably out hunting the deer. Or cow calves. Hamburger's good, eh?

Just two weeks of undereating (not trying to diet, just letting my body readjust) and I've lost all the weight I put on over the past month and a half.  Ya can see all the little bones in my back when I stretch and everything.  And my gut disappeared.

Yesss~  I love my stupid metabolism.  Gotta start exercising soon, though.
