So, I was doing my pregame legends lookthrough for my new world, and I found a happy.


There once was a king of the dwarves, Inod Tamedwheels.  He was an arrogant noble, but overall a good dwarf, always striving to do his duty to Armok, his gods, and his country in that order.  A follower of the timeless decrees, Inod was outraged when in the year 1 he found his subjects worshipping Dak the Goldenrod Bear, the female bear goddess of trees.  He proceeded to destroy the foul temple in the High Place.

  This angered Dak, for she was an Elven forest spirit trapped in a mountain.  In her rage she cursed Inod to vampirism.  For twenty years Inod struggled to keep his affliction a secret.  And for twenty years it worked.  But eventually a peasant witnessed a murder, and Inod declared martial law to stay in power.

  The peasants prayed to the heavans above.  Answering their call was a (diseased) one-eyed elephant woman with warty skin and jerky movements.  With the help of the praetorian bodyguard Iquila the night creature abducted king Inod and mutated infected him with her warty, jerky std.

For the twenty years Iquila and Inod lived a simple life.  Then a goblin killed Iquila.  Sad Inod terrorizes the dwarves of his own kingdom for another 80 years.  Then a veteran swordsdwarf coming home from a campain of human genocide mercy-kills the vampire night creature spouse king with a couple hundred kills.  But not before getting her upper leg ripped by Inod.
