Had another very productive two hours in the gym with Wolfeyez. She continues to be a cardio monster.
This makes me think of captain planet, and all those "heart is the strongest power" things.
Captain Planet always makes me LOL, partially because of how they will dodge their own morals to make the stereotyped spoiled American seem unpopular.
For Example:
In one episode, they are rescuing endangered species and taking them back to their base. The American boy (I forget his name) says that taking all of these endangered species out of their natural habitat may not be such a bright idea, to the open hostility of the others. The Moral: Disrupting the environment is OK as long as everyone agrees with it!
Also, the technology they use in their vehicles could, when distributed, easily fix the problems they are trying to solve.
Finally, CP gains strength from being in a volcano, right? An active volcano can produce more pollutants than a good-sized factory.

I have a friend who swears that the kids in CP are the older versions of the kids from Magic Schoolbus.

So wait, that would mean that Carlos, the Hispanic child, became Ma-Ti, the Indian boy. Meaning that somehow Carlos actually switched ethnicity. Also, I'm pretty sure Ma-Ti was the youngest of the planeteers, meaning that he would also have had to stop aging at some point.
Basically they would all be great matches if it weren't for Ma-Ti.

*sigh*

It's been so long since I got to play an RPG that I'm having a lot of fun with Mass Effect ^_^  It's really helping me relax from the school year, and as I have only about 5 pages left on my paper, I've been interspersing it from time to time to help my brain cool off.  It's so nice~

Like a lot of RPG's a lot of the mileage comes from the sidequests, unfortunately the sidequests aren't very interesting, also unfortunately the later two games are generally worse in this regard, they have fewer sidequests, but the sidequests they do have are typically better quality.

Eh, that's all right.  But seeeeeeriously maaaaaaaaaaan.  I don't have to worry so much about my alignment if the game's going to be so short, haha.

IIRC, you can do the spoilered thing as soon as you leave the Citadel. What else have you done, because you might only be about a fifth of the way through the main quest.
