Was kinda in the mood for Galactic Civilizations 2 and unfortunately my copy of Galciv2 was tied to the Gamestop PC App, not really willing to actually use the gamestop PC app I shot Stardock an email explaining that I had gotten galciv2 and its expansions long before even impulse existed and if there was a possibility to get access to it via Stardock directly.  Lo and behold they came through by passing me a copy of Galciv2 + Expansions that could be downloaded directly via them.  Good Guy Stardock.

Doing a Children's Story. Illustrating something I've not enough practice in, along with my perfectionism (:/) doesn't help. What does help is when I gave the idea to my niece--she approved of the concept in such a way that you couldn't feel bad.

Just listening to them talking about some of the exploits they did in their D&D session (it's over now).

So apparently in D&D under the provisions of the rulebook it lists a gallon of ale as being two silver pieces.

Turns out that few hundred in gold you have knocking around in your purse? It can buy a hell of a lot of ale.
