Well, in order, I don't have a way of recording him without him knowing, he's too absent-minded due to the drugs to do tricks, and he's completely broke and has been for weeks.

He's proceeding to eat all of his remaining food when he really shouldn't be. I'm going to enjoy his reaction to all this tomorrow.

Everything I ordered to build my sister's first PC have just arrived in the post. She's been gaming on her hand-me-down laptop for a year now, it was pretty decrepit before she got it, and not at all suitable for gaming. The whole family have put money in to get her a reasonably decent computer for her 13th birthday which I'll be building this weekend.

It does, but it's all good. I understand the mindset, I just don't share it.

My father was in uniform 32 years, my half-brother has been in 12, both my grandfathers were "citizen-soldiers" back in WWII. I kinda regret not having served, but I wasn't prone to taking orders when I was younger, and I have enough health issues to disqualify me.

I'd liken it more to being a zookeeper and getting promoted from the monkey house to the lion den. Better career, more exciting, and considerably more risky. My half-brother wanted to go in for Airborne training and Special Forces training but to put it bluntly, he just doesn't have the mental chops for it.

If we're going pounds, I have lost about 10 recently. Still puts me @ somewhere in the 190 range, but that's normal for a person of my height and build.
