Truth. A bowl of vitamins, complete protein, and carbohydrates Vs. a bowl of salt and bleached, processed noodlecarbs. Take you pick.

However, if you add things with some substance to Instant Ramen, it's not all bad. I rather like imitation crab (made from pollock), Bok Choy or Spinach, and Egg in my instant Ramen. Rather tasty, actually.
