Well, ideally it will be something I can understand, which limits it to having english subtitles at the least. Legal is highly preferred

It's on Hulu. On the upside, the quality isn't absolute shit like it would be with a fansub. On the downside, "limited commercial interruptions".

The angst™ is an important part of growing up! You see adults tell you that highschool is the best years of your life, and the Angst™ ensures that this is a blatant lie. It forced you to understand that your parents lied to you about this, and maybe other things, so you decide to see for yourself what else is fraud. Soon you discover that you won't die instantly if you drink alcohol, sex can be fun, there is no need to go to church and you can listen to what ever music you like.
Without the Angst™ we may never know how good life can be.
