I don't know for sure. Probably yes, but the oldest miniguns are actually completely legal.

That is the GAU-8 Avenger, which entered service in 1977. "Minigun" refers to the M134, which fires the 7.62x51mm NATO round. The GAU-8 is more technically a Gatling cannon, firing a 30mm shell, significantly larger than the half-inch lower bound of "destructive device".

So no, it's not legal.

FL Studio and some NES/SNES soundfonts, specifically the Setzer SPC one here.
It could definitely stand with some improvement. I promise, I'll post it one day when it is longer and better.

You know why I love working holidays?

Between the workload being incredibly light, and holiday pay being a thing that's great, I got paid about $100 for reading /tg/ threads about Magical Girls, skulls for thrones of related composition, and the occasional demonic ninja superbear.
