W + M1 everything and always choose the dialogue option your cursor starts on.

That would just result in being stuck running into Joker's chair during the intro.
And all of the dialogue would be neutral because the cursor starts in a fixed location.

W + M1 in the sense that you deal with every enemy by charging at them while holding down the trigger, silly.
