Heh. I actually find it kinda' amusing the frequency that people mix up my gender over the phone. Common enough to be noticeable, it is.

The neat part is that the person calling tends to go with their opposite; men will think I'm female, women will think I'm male. For whatever reason, it cheers me up a little when it happens.

I've been expanding my musical taste on Pandora by quite alot. I mentioned this before, but I simply never knew I'd become so infatuated with soft piano and cello melodies as I have become.

I tend to slowly jump to artists. Generally I'm listening to something I like when I see a video in the sidebar.

For Cage the Elephant, I found a video with the lyrics for Ain't no Rest for the Wicked while listening to something else I don't remember.

Gorillaz: Don't remember.

Seeed: In 7th grade, my social studies teacher would show us mental breaks, which would be videos or pictures to give our brains a rest from learning. He showd us Peter Fox's Alles Neu. I listened to that for a while before checking out his other songs. My mom told me, after looking up his wikipedia article, that he was in the band Seeed. I checked out Aufstehn, the video in the Schwarz zu Blau sidebar, and liked it.

Heh. I'm still working my way through the couple thousand OCRemix songs... for the second time. When I finish this time, I think I'll be emailing myself the playlist or somethin'. The variety pleases Frumple, but weeding out the stuff not to taste takes... a while.

I can't actually stand listening to the same style of music for extended periods anymore, usually. If I haven't gone through five wildly different genres in the last seven songs, it feels off. I need my accordion/banjo into death metal into classical into a cappella into hard techno opera. Those are good times.

Also good! Remixes and arrangements can be absolutely wonderful things.

It's usually better when there's a bit more attention given than just splicing 'em on to the end of each other, though.

Or... yeah, if just using all of those elements in the same song? By the gods, if they can manage it, I will listen. That sounds epic, honestly. It doesn't even have to be long if they want to combine and enhance.

E: In happy news, playing Helherron with hacked up characters is starting to get hilarious. It's great when three or four rounds into the fight your team (that started outnumbered like three to one) now has the number advantage, and not just because you've been killing three or four critters a round. Two undead and three small animals out per round, go shammy pair go ♫

I guess the bard and mage are there, too. Well, they're usually busy setting everything on fire (4-14 damage per round for anything standing in the square, as well as for whatever walks through it!) but whateveerrr. And the front line. Eight man (equivalent) party is nice ♪

E2: The best part is there's still plenty in the game that can flat out party wipe me
