Found out a fairly conservative family I am friends with have elected to support Gary Johnson instead of Mitt Romney.

This may or may not have anything to do with the Mormon church that set up shop directly behind their house, destroying the awesome forest that their children and I used to play in.

Began my first playthrough on Tales of the Abyss. Quite fun.

You will end up despising Luke by the end of Act 1.  He gets better, though.

Have a mostly-assembled new computer cobbled together from my old desktop (oooold desktop) and my cousin's obsolete parts. It's Cthulhu, but it ought to run better thanmy laptop, due to having a graphics card in the first place. Only issues are that I need a DVI monitor, and the hard drive is both tiny and IDE. OH WELL. NEW COMPUTER FOR FREE.

Gonna be going on a nostalgia trip this afternoon. Probably start by mucking around with the Rock Raiders game (God, that was my favourite Lego theme. The industrial look of the sets {Lots of grey and the warning stripes bits} was awesome.), then probably one of the Lego Creator games I've got installed on this computer. As for after that, I have no clue.
